2. Refunds

No Refunds After Free Trial and PaymentOnce your seven (7) day free trial period has ended and your first subscription payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for any subsequent subscription fees, regardless of when you choose to cancel or whether you actively use the services.

Exceptional Circumstances

In extremely limited and exceptional circumstances, may, at its sole discretion, consider providing a credit or other form of resolution. Any such decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
